
The Wattbike cycle trainer is equipped with integrated training programmes. We utilise its CRF (cardio respiratory fitness) health assessment test, an easy-to-do, accessible, and accurate test that gives each individual a CRF score and predicted VO2max, showing you your current health and fitness benchmarks. Suitable for all*, not just for cyclists.
Each session, including discussion of the result, will last approximately 45 minutes.

*All participants will complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire to confirm they are voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise and that their participation involves a risk of injury.
