Terms and Conditions of Sale

  • You are contracting a fitness programme of services from Rowan Foggitt, trading as 5060.fit of 37 Rowan Walk, Bromley BR2 8QW, Kent, UK
  • The fee is £800 for the Live Longer, Stronger programme or £40 for the Fitness Consultation fee which is refundable against a future purchase of the Live Longer, Stronger programme.
  • Payment can be made online at 5060.fit in person or via a bank transfer.
  • The service will begin a mutually agreed date and time.
  • The minimum length of the contract and billing period is one-term of Live Longer, Stronger programme.
  • You have a Right to Cancel at any time from 14 days of making payment. This can be done in writing via the website or email.
  • Our Refund Policy: In addition to your legal rights and right to cancel, we also will refund you at any time from 14 days of making payment. You will need to pay reasonable costs for using the service up to the time of cancellation.
  • You will receive a copy of the contract and client-trainer agreement as soon as possible via email.
